their mobile phone than someone having a conversation with someone
physically present next to you?>
if someone was having a conversation with someone else who is in the
audience: that is just plain rude (didn't we learn that in primary school?)
- and if they are on the phone while in the audience (be it in a meeting,
classroom or other forum) that is equally rude.
So i'm not sure it's the medium that's the problem (phone versus physical),
rather the act!
