Those are interesting books. I especially like the concept of the social
media entities paying for the content that is submitted - might minimize
much of the nonsense that is posted. Perhaps businesses can consider
minimizing the garbage emails created on a daily basis - charge each
business unit for each email sent? This alone might get us back to
managing the "creation" portion of the lifecycle.
