In 2009 when this act was passed, we all wondered if we should adjust
retention of our payroll/salary records as a result. Many of us decided,
if I recall correctly (okay, I peeked in the archives), to wait and see if
any rules were written from this law or if any rulings came down from any
resulting court cases that would provide some guidance or at least insight
into the issue of payroll/salary records retention.

I have recently searched the web via a standard search engine and have not
found that any rules have been written or that any rulings have been
handed down. Has anyone done a similar research and can confirm?

Thanks,
Gary Link
