Client Service Delivery (CSD) brings together BNY Mellon's key operational
areas into one global team to better support the company's businesses and

manages investment monitoring, measurement and processing services for our

Description

Records Management s mission is to implement a comprehensive,
enterprise-wide Records Management Program, with an emphasis on defining
the legal and regulatory requirements for managing Company records
throughout their lifecycle, irrespective of the media / format, in order to
minimize risk and maximize operational efficiencies. In addition, Records
Management assists in the development of training to ensure that employees
understand their obligations as they relate to managing company & client
records. The Manager- Records Management & Imaging Operations will be
responsible for supporting the Head of Records Standards, Reporting and
Physical Media by overseeing the resources that provide records archiving
services (movement of physical records to off-site storage) to all
businesses/business partners within the specified region. In addition, the
incumbent will be responsible for managing the storage vendor relationships
in the region, including interacting with vendor representatives to solve
issues, ensuring all Vendor Risk Management requirements are fulfilled on a
timely basis, recommending vendor relationship strategy and direction,
generating monthly and ad hoc detailed reporting on the inventory in
storage and for the implementation of tools and technology to track
hardcopy records within the region. The incumbent will work to establish
unified operating procedures and best practices across the archiving units
in the region, not only for day-to-day operations but special circumstances
such as Legal Hold application and monitoring, destruction processing, and
inventory data integrity. The position also may require supervision of
teams that provide records imaging (scanning and indexing) services. This
position is responsible for implementing control practices to minimize the
information risks inherent in the records transport and storage process.
Bachelor s degree or equivalent work experience required. 5+ years of
proven experience in providing services related to Records/Information
Management. Knowledge of records program policies, procedures, standards
and best practices. Experience in managing diverse teams across large
geographical areas is a must. Strong written and verbal communication
skills. Ability to influence others.
