Let's not dilute the CRM with industry specific certifications. We already
deal with industries that think a RIM professional must already be working
in that specific industry in order to know and understand the industry's RIM
issues. We all know this to be a false impression.
As a RIM professional and a consultant, I've not found an industry that I
couldn't be effective in. Nor have I found a record issue that cannot be
overcome, no matter what the industry is.
Having said all that, I do see value in additional certifications like the
CDIA, the Nuclear certification, Project Management, etc.
