Sprinkler system floods Meeteetse library, destroying 5,887 books A faulty heating system at the Meeteetse branch of the county library set off the building’s sprinkler system on Feb. 24. More than 1,000 gallons of water flooded the building in less than 10 minutes. There was no fire.
