Update on this issue: ARMA HQ reached out to me after my post to this listserv from this morning and showed me that the December 2017 issue of Chapter Connections, which goes out to all Chapter Leadership, included an announcement about - and a link to - the Quarterly ARMA Ambassador update on YouTube. Since I am not currently on the board of my local chapter, I wasn’t aware of this and I am very appreciative that HQ followed up with me.

My personal comment is that, in my experience (Chapter board for 7 years and Region board for 4 years) almost no one actually reads the Chapter Connections, even though it often contains useful and valuable information.  I do encourage Chapter leaders to review each issue and pass along nuggets of value to others in their chapters and regions.
