Despite Mr. Williams' response.. well said, Mary! I've attended several MER Conferences in the past but haven't been to one recently for much of what you expressed so well. With all due respect to Mr. Williams, I think he may've missed the opportunity to respond to your whole post, or, maybe he just didn't intend to respond to it in its entirety.


BTW, I loved your "As soon as you start slinging arrows at your "competition" you
have proven that your product or service is weak" comment. RM vendors--listen up! Don't slam the "other guy" in marketing your services or products and hear what she said: "If you have a good product or service then sell it on its benefits and merits."
