I found myself in this situation.
However, I can see and read the messages, but could not send message to the list, include replay function.
Thanks to Peter's mail, I was able to restore "my rights" here. At least, I write this message with this hope in mind.
Also I learned new thing for me - First time I got message like "your message is REJECTED". I know mail failure standard message, but "rejected" I got first time.

This situation is also good for AIIM / ARMA educators, as possible new scenario in social media environment.
