I'm at a financial institution in the Legal department.  Annually we have a 
law clerk (2nd and 3rd year students working for us part-time) review the 
current citations on our global Retention Schedule to be sure retention 
guidelines have not changed.  There is a gap however since they only 
review existing citations so we wouldn't know if new or changed citations 
may apply.
