Draft e-Mail Standard Available in Conference Bookstore

On September 13, the ARMA International Standards Development Program
submitted the draft standard Requirements for Managing Electronic Messages
as Records to the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) for approval
as an American National Standard. The draft standard addresses managerial
issues surrounding the creation, maintenance, and disposition of e-mail
messages within the context of a formal records management program and is
expected to be a valuable resource for the RIM profession. The document
will be available for purchase at the ARMA Bookstore during the Long Beach
conference.

"A 16 Year Cancer Survivor"

Cancer may have robbed me of that blissful ignorance that once
led me to believe that tomorrow stretched forever. In exchange,
I've been granted the wisdom to see each today as something
special, a gift to be used wisely and fully. Nothing can take that
away.

Hopes and dreams reign where cancer cannot go.
