You may want to consider Light Impressions as a resource. They were very
helpful on my last consulting assignment where we ordered several thousand
mylar document preservation sleeves to protect official records. I don't
remember the contact's name I negotiated with, but you can check them out at
http://www.lightimpressionsdirect.com/servlet/OnlineShopping. Now I should
admit that because my client was a state agency (FL), that helped
considerably in the discount we received.
