We would like to create a "user friendly" space on our Intranet as to what records management entails and also refer users to links that provide more detailed, but still short information on the most important aspects. I am thinking of links to documents like metadata requirements, technical requirements for Electronic Systems etc. If possible I would appreciate if you can share with me what you have done in this regard. Especially with regards to FAQ.
