On that basis, there would be very little free choice, and an overly
aggressive government oversight. While there are a number of areas in which
government can play a very effective role, I do not judge this to be one of
them.  Businesses have lots of challenges with which to deal in order to
ensure their success and their long-term viability.  Let's not add another
layer of bureaucratic oversight.

Yes but then the courts are doing our work. We should tell the courts what
is best practice and seize the role.
