Question.
Besides the Guidelines for Behavioral Performance of Reference and
Information Service Providers, Approachability, Interest,
Listening/Inquiring, Searching, Followup
http://www.ala.org/ala/rusa/rusaprotools/referenceguide/guidelinesbehavioral.htm

besides ethical codes, for example the Code of Professional
Responsibility, Social Principles, Professional Principles
http://www.arma.org/about/overview/ethics.cfm

where around the web are any corresponding parts of professional
guidelines and professional standards for records management
professionals and archivists particularly with respect to
how to communicate, relate, behavioral performance?...

Background.
Whomever are the antecedent of the we pronoun used by a few
contributors to our exchanges or anyone else could compare the
guidelines, standards with any professional comment contributed to our
exchanges, forum threads.

Note.
At least two columns of notes for the replies.
One column of notes for the actual direct replies.
Another column of notes for the replies not necessarily in this order
and not limited to thought experiments, comment, critique, tongue in
cheek heckling, attacks, feedback, debate, counterpoint, suggestions,
ideas, questions, challenges, disagreement, dissent, dissing,
kibitzing, hints, tips, pointers.
As always, any reply welcome.
