I wish to thank Bob Bater for bring the article on - Business Classification
Schemes - Issues & Options - and ISO15489 written by the UK RM consultant
Jeff Morelli.

I have now had the opportunity to digest the content of the article and I
wish to add my voice to that of Bob Bater's in recommending this article as
a MUST READ for all in the is RIM profession as the article covers most if
not all you ever need to know on why a BCS is critical, no mandatory (OK i
know I will get a blast for this last statement) for the appropriate
application of RIM policies, procedures and practices to get the best out of
ISO15489.

My congratulations go to Jeff Morelli on a job well done!
