This law firm has firmly established itself in one of the most exciting and creative environments in the world. The California offices focus on entertainment, litigation, business law, intellectual property and much more!  This position will be responsible for managing all of the records management operations in 6 branch offices.
The Regional Records Manager will be responsible for the overall life cycle management of all records created and maintained in 6 California branch offices. This will include administering department policies, procedures and standards; managing projects related to records management software including implementations and upgrades; training end-users and maintaining vendor relationships. The Regional Records Manager will also manage staff of 18 which includes recruiting, training, mentoring, counseling, workflow and termination.
Qualified applicants will have at least 4 years records management experience including 2 years management experience and a Bachelor's degree in Business, Library Science, Information Science or a related field. An equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered. This individual must have advanced management skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills as well as strong decision making, technical and organizational skills. Law firm experience is desired and Certification in Records Management is a plus.
