PK, thanks for the above article - an interesting discussion about the
famous e-mail that made Andersen (and Enron to a certain degree) a household
name.

I'm curious - the article states that a number of professional organizations
have submitted briefs to the Supreme Court.  Though a legal issue per se,
the Court's ruling could have some real and serious implications for the
records management profession, especially for those of us in the private
sector.  Does anyone know if ARMA weighed in on this?
