Many thanks to those members who responded to my query.  I did have a
display entitled "Records is not Vinyl" and also incorporated the other
ideas.  Thanks again and best wishes for multiple successes with your

Given your time parameters, I would make a display that speaks to your
organization and that can stay up for a while, like: "Records don't just
come in vinyl!" with some samples of your organizations records, especially
interesting and historical ones, types of media, and a banner - "April is
Records Management Month", plus a little map of how to find you for
questions, maybe a handout if you've got one about the RM program, etc.
