 Hello Fellow Professionals:

I have been doing some consulting for a firm in CA and have heard that
courts or government in CA will only consider images stored on optical
disk or the original record to be acceptable.  Does anyone know where
this statute, code or ruling can be found?  Or does anyone have any
further information regarding this?   You may reply online or to my
