I don't have anything yet to offer, but I have a large binder I received at
a seminar which encompasses legal holds, but more than that, it's a
Litigation Response Plan which has not only policy, but detailed step by
step procedures for each person's role and what they need to do to ensure an
appropriate response to litigation.
