Who do you contact?... about including information about
grey literature
in the next Intellectual Freedom Manual
http://www.ala.org/ala/oif/iftoolkits/ifmanual/intellectual.cfm

Grey literature is a professional term librarians and research
professionals use to refer to a body of materials that cannot be found
easily through conventional channels such as publishers or
library catalogs but which is frequently original and usually recent
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gray_literature

Our cities' public libraries routinely in practive ban access to their
own grey literature produced by inhouse by libraries' offices,
divisions, departments, sections, units, et al.

Stakeholders, users, clientele, patrons, contributors, staff,
new staff, libraries' labor relations collective bargaining unions
advocates, et al have an interest in background information about
and archives of their institution as a part of municipal, county or
state government.
