Relationships of RMS/RK/RM/RS: 

RMS( records management systems) refers to the highest level strategic managerial framework that builds records management system into the overall management systems to promote and provide support for records management from top/senior management.

 RK (recordkeeping) refers to interoperational level managerial functions that covers the management of records ued in business and as archives with alliances of records continnum regime and business continunity management, which are fundamental to good governance, transparency and accountability of any management systems, the quality and integrity of records.

 RM (records management)refers to the third level managerial activites of resources, policies systems that make up records management across an organization, wich are indispensable to the efficient and effiective functioning of all business organizations and the responsibility of all their staff.

 RS (recordkeeping )refers to the bottom level mangerial information system to fulfil functionality of recordkeeping and operations follows the polices, rules and procedures records management established to enasure the authenticity, reliability, integrity and usability of records, also called recordkeeping system.
