All,
I'm new to the profession, but from what I have been reading on the
profession, it seems that RIM (Records Information Management or Records &
Information Management) and RM (Records Management) are used
interchangeably. What exactly differentiates the two and/or is the
profession as a whole trying to promote one over the other?
BTW, the knowledge of this group and the information all of you impart is
absolutely amazing!
Thanks!
Phil Koslowski
