You might find something from SHRM - Society of Human Resource Managers.  
They do regular studies on salaries in all employment fields.  Someone in  your 
HR dept is probably a member, or you can see if an HR person at one of your  
local utilty companies or financial institutions is a member and can help you  
get a copy of the SHRM study.
