We're planning our annual records cleanup day and this year, want to include e-mail (last year it was only physical records).  Last year the records liaisons played a major role in the physcial cleanup campaign, so of courwse we'd like for them to play a role in the e-mail cleanup.
 
Does any use their records liaisons to help with e-mail or electronic records cleanup?
