Dear Listserv Members,
The City of Thunder Bay is in the planning stages of upgrading our TRIM
system and implementing electronic records management capabilities.
We would like to talk with other municipalities who are currently using HP
TRIM (6.2) for ERM -- in particular, our IT people would like to talk
with your IT people. We're interested in discussing the way the databases
and servers were set up, and how network security was handled. If you'd be
willing to discuss this sort of thing in some depth, please contact me
off-list.
(As an infrequent poster, I'll re-introduce myself: my name is Sara Janes,
and I am part of the fairly small team that handles records management,
archives, and access & privacy for the City of Thunder Bay, in Ontario.
"Hi" to everyone!)
