The only one I can speak to authoritatively is silver and non silver
microforms.
Silver microforms have a useful shelf life (Life Expectancy) of a minimum
of 500 years when processed and stored properly according to ISO 18901 and
ISO18911:2000.
Diazo duplication films have a minimum Life Expectancy of 100 years
according to the following:
ISO 18905:2002
Imaging materials -- Ammonia-processed diazo photographic film --

The following gives some guidelines on storage of optical media.
