Cargill Law Department is seeking a *Records Management Systems Analyst* who
will work in the *Wayzata, MN* Office Center location*.*  Under the
direction of the Records Manager, this position is responsible for
integration of Records & Information Management (RIM) systems with legal and
business work processes, and use and acceptance within the global Law
Department and Strategy and Business Development (SBD) groups.  The person
in this role provides RIM expertise and guidance to RIM team members, Law
Department and Strategy and Business Development (SBD) group to ensure
compliance with corporate policies and legal requirements in effectively
managing the lifecycle of records. This includes, but is not limited to:

   - Partner with IT, Records Manager and department personnel to identify,
   recommend and apply records management best practices and opportunities for
   improvement so to ensure integrity and security of Cargill's records and
   information while reaching project and department goals;
   - Learn and understand legal and business work processes and end user
   expectations to ensure that RIM systems effectively support those processes
   and expectations;
   - Participate in technology acquisition and upgrades, and recommend
   methods for managing information assets;
   - Identify, recommend and implement system changes, with comprehensive
   planning, and testing of the same; and
   - Possess a team focus, with a drive to collaborating with others.
