Both are good options, however your best bet is to fly into SFO - it is closer to the conference/hotel.

Subject: Best Airport for 2010 ARMA Conference?
Just curious - for folks familiar with traveling in and out of the San Francisco
Bay Area, which airport do you recommend flying into for the ARMA
conference - San Francisco or Oakland? The prices for the ground/rail
transportation to the conference hotel seem vary so that wasn't much of a
clue (some are cheaper from SFO and others are cheaper from OAK).
