In regards to inventorying electronic records, I'm thinking about requiring
employees to provide the file path to the record series in question
(i.e. \\sscowbfs03\RIM\Records
Inventory <file://sscowbfs03/RIM/Records%20Inventory>). What have others
required when asking for the location of electronic records - primarily on
shared drives? My thinking is the more specific we get now the better. As
always, thoughts, comments, and general rants are appreciated.

Thanks,

Todd
