I can agree with this comments, but...
 
I think this is the point that many fellows discuss here - Training, Implementation, Follow-up.
 
From my experience, electronic systems allow a little bit more than "handwriting" - normally designed systems will help user to chose the "right" "answer" and to be consistent.
Of course, sometimes we want from the systems something not logical.
It is not joke, but 15 years ago, when first CD components were implemented, some people used "it" as coffee holder and was surprised that computer stopped to work when coffee cup turned over.
