Northern CO ARMA Chapter is hosting our March Program on Thursday,
March10th at 3:30 - 5 p.m.
STRATEGIES and POLICIES for SOCIAL MEDIA
presented by: Jesse Wilkins, CRM of AIIM International
Organizations are moving from experimenting with social media to incorporate
them into their business processes. But without an effective governance
framework in place, they will increase their risk of liability ranging from a
damaged reputation to legal or regulatory liability.
This session will describe how to develop an effective social media policy.
Attendees will learn the structural elements to include in a comprehensive
social media policy and the items to address in the policy. The session will
conclude with additional strategies to manage social media effectively.
