Hi Allison,
I don't think an entry-level information manager should search on
"Certified Records Manager" because they likely won't be one. CRM
application requirements include a certain amount of experience to go
along with the education. For someone who went straight from
undergraduate school to MLIS, they likely won't have their CRM yet. So I
would leave out the "certified" in the search. (Unless of course I
misunderstand your question.)
