Hello,

Looking for some feedback regarding filing emails. We are a large
construction firm and currently use FileSurf as our records archive. We
have some instances set up where we have numerous folders set up for
specific emails depending on the trade. We also have one folder set up as
a central "drop all" for our smaller projects.

We are contemplating going with one email folder for every job rather than
numerous folders for large jobs. I was wondering if anyone else has
practiced this method.

Thank you for your time.

Sincerely,

Rhonda Ison-Krueger
