One year we used an elephant - can't remember the name - but the tagline
was something like  Because Elephants Never Forget  This was an amazing
elephant that carried boxes on her back, typed with her trunk, compacted
and shredded by sitting on boxes, etc.  She was real cute - although
there was some discussion about whether it was a he or a she.
