We are in need of a Records Analyst at our corporate offices in the
Woodlands, TX.
The ideal candidate will be a self starter and have the ability to
effectively function in an autonomous environment. Must have 2 + years
of college, 2 or more years experience in an active Records Center
environment (Engery industry experience preferred), and be able to
perform the following essential duties:
* Create, maintain and update Records Center procedures
* Integrates incoming information into the existing systems.
* Maintains electronic logs and indexes to provide status of
information.
* Implement classification systems for records stored in the
Records Center
* Sort and code material for integration into the existing
file set
* Retrieve and route requested files and other media
* Research/references information for users as requested
* Access, compile, gather, and issue requested records and
information
* Implement and accurately maintain check-out system
* Accumulates statistical data and prepare related reports
* Train users on facility operations and new/existing
systems
* Assist with special projects as needed
* Perform additional clerical duties as required
