BMS Cat is a big player in this arena http://www.bmscat.com/ as is Document Reprocessors http://www.documentreprocessors.com/.  There is a more regional vendor, Midwest Freeze-Dry http://www.midwestfreezedryltd.com/ and I understand ServPro has also entered the document drying arena http://www.servpro.com/#.
