Hi Everyone

My name is John Dube.  I reside in Vancouver, British Columbia Canada.
I am currently taking a e-course from the University of Toronto on Records 
and Information Management.  I work for an immigrant service organization 
called MOSAIC (Multilingual Orientation Services Association for Immigrant 
Communities).  I am responsible at an organizational level for planning, 
standards of practice, policies and procedures, health and safety, assisting 
new services etc. Before beginning a systematic File Managment Program, 
Policies and Procedures on File Management and a Records Retention 
Schedule, I thought it was critically important for me to educate myself on file 
management before taking this area on.
