This is a great article. More importantly I think it speaks to the broader
need that some of you are starting to address regarding how you position RM
within the organization. Where RM is done for compliance's sake, and where
we are perceived as bottlenecks to getting the work of the organization
done, RM has problems. When it is instead positioned as a way to save, or
even make, money for the organization, RM gets attention. I think that's why
so many social media policies are written after the fashion of "here's what
you should do" rather than "here's what you are prohibited from doing".
