Library Knowledge Management Specialist - Boston, MA
Do you have a minimum of 1 year of knowledge management or law firm library experience with a focus on content management? If you answered yes, this is the position for you!
TRAK Records and Library is recruiting for a Library Knowledge Management Specialist that will focus on knowledge management initiatives for a large organization in the Boston area. The primary responsibilities include interfacing with user and potential user groups to capture and maintain data relating to requirements and utilization of processes/systems. The Specialist is responsible for data, documentation, and statistics revolving around current and future systems, and assist with the creation of training materials to support such systems. The Library Knowledge Management Specialist is also responsible for working with the Manager and IT on technical design, delivery and enhancement of the corresponding solutions as well as general support for Library research and information services. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree. MLS degree preferred.
