Tarrant County taxpayers have poured millions of dollars into digital
technology that's been touted as a superstar in the e-gov world.
The software systems, with code names like Phoenix and Death March, are
coveted by county officials from all corners of the state, the public has
been told. A click of the mouse zips millions of sensitive e-docs to the
prosecutor's office, the county courts and jails.
