This could be an interesting discussion. Several years ago, AIIM for all intensive purposes dumped Microforms and targeted digital. As many of you have heard, Brambles is selling Recall, because they are primarily in the pallet and warehouse business (core business) and off-site records storage in going digital.  Iron Mountain got out of the digital business and now has regrouped with strong partners in the digital business.  Again what are the core business?  Many ECM companies and partners are rethinking what they have been doing and how SharePoint is going to effect their core business.  Is this a significant transistion or just a blip in the road?
