Old Documents Going Digital

HOUSTON - The Liberty County Clerk's Office has quite the history project
on their hands.

The county has about 862,000 pages of deeds, maps and plats that date back
to 1875.

In an effort to provide records online that the public can access, they'll
be spending the next year digitizing every single page.
