Australia - Top secret files lost in Defence IT blunder

The office of the defence force's top information technology adviser lost a
dozen intelligence briefings of the most highly classified level - above
top secret - in another embarrassing incident for Australia's armed
services.

The documents, which were classified under a sub-category of top secret
with code words to further compartmentalise them, were held by Defence's
Information Communications Technology Operations Division when they were
found to be missing.
