Good day,
I am wondering whether any of you may know of an example where a Microsoft application called Dynamics has been used for records management purposes. I am aware that it is used primarily for accounting and CRM purposes. Microsoft touts its knowledge management capabilities in the product marketing information. However, I am curious to know if anyone might know of an example of organizations trying to use it for records management purposes.
