hello,

I am a student with the university of Toronto taking a records management class. 
I am 25 yrs old from Penticton, B.C. Canada. I work for a First Nation Band, i 
started as a filing clerk and still taking on that roll until i further my education in 
Records Management. Th First Nation Band hired me full time and this class is part 
of my training. We have a Records Manager in-place as i would fulfill as assistant 
and eventually take on the her position when her term is done. my goal is to 
certified Records Manager. I have a number of concerns for this business. i look 
forward to learning from each of you.
