Approximately 293 Arkansas County record books will soon be available
digitally now that Arkansas County has received a $15,337.60 Automated

Merchant said the Association of Arkansas Counties' grant would help
digitalize records from 1991 to 2005, books past this date are
automatically scanned. KelPro Imaging out of Oklahoma will scan 172 books
