re: Pilot Project Regarding Case Management Techniques for Complex Civil
Cases in the Southern District of New

11, 2011). She explained that the pilot project was the result of a
joint bench and bar effort to improve the quality of judicial case
management. It will include, among other matters, class actions,
multi-district litigation actions, patent, trademark, and securities
actions.
