I've just graduated with an MLIS, and am now working as a records/information 
manager for a mid-size property management firm.  I've taken classes in online 
search techniques, studies many different search engine/database search 
operators, and am still having issues with DocuShare search operators not 
working - if anyone has suggestions or uses DocuShare, I'd appreciate you 
contacting me...I would be happy to compile suggestions and post them on the 
list.  I've gotten very little assistance from the Xerox DocuShare User Group 
site, and am supposed to be the search expert for my company - which will be 
very embarrassing if I can't find out what I'm doing wrong.

If I've posted this to the wrong place, please let me know so I don't do so 
again.  If there is a specific etiquette to posting that I am violating, please let 
me know - I posted previously on this issue and got no responses (it could be 
that noone uses DocuShare that is on this list).
